1970 White Truck Cab On A 1988 Pierce Fire Truck Chassis
Quite the Rat Rod project, a 1970 White Truck Cab sitting on the top of a modified 1988 Pierce Fire Truck chassis powered by its original Cummins LTA10, 611 cubic inch, 300 horsepower inline six cylinder engine. When this was a Pierce Fire engine chassis all of the driver controls were out ahead of the front wheel so to complete this rat rod project all of the engine operation controls as well as all of the associated steering components had to be relocated in order to be able to navigate this creation from the location of the 1970 White truck cab. Equipped with both standard air horns as well as a set of train horns it goes without saying this rat rod is able to make its whereabouts known long before you actually see it.
