2009 Ford Mustang GT/CS California Special Coupe
The Ford Mustang GT/CS trim package returned again in 2009 paying tribute to the 1968 Ford Mustang California Special. The CS package included leather trimmed sport bucket seats with a unique CAL Special contrasting Dove or Parchment GT Leather insert. The carpeted front floor mats had a unique brushed chrome Mustang badge on them. Unique front and rear fascia, a spoiler that was one and one-half inches lower than standard, side scoops, unique tape stripe and bright rolled exhaust tips. This package was only available on GT Premium models in Vista Blue Metallic, Performance White, Dark Candy Apple Red Metallic, Vapor Silver Metallic or Black exterior paint finishes.
A total of 2,643 2009 Mustang GT/CS models were produced, 1,705 were coupe models and 938 were convertibles. Of the 1,705 coupes produced there were 377 finished in Performance White paint.
